If you are aged 16 or 17 and in a job with no formal training, you can get paid up to £250 to boost your prospects by taking some training.

Your employer could also be paid to give you the time off to train – at college, at work or in a training centre.

How does it work?

Sign up to a course = £50 Start payment

Half way through the course = Receive a £50 progress payment

Complete the course = £150 Successful completion payment

What’s in it for your employer?

£250 when you complete your qualification
